Disgusting customer service. I got there 10 mins before closing just to purchase a courier bag. After standing at the counter for 5 mins and the 2 people behind the counter saw me but made me wait. I just asked a simple question wot else do I need for an international parcel and his reply was, well we close at 12.00 and yr leaving it late. I didnt want to post it today just grab wot I needed. After his tone i said dont worry about it and he replied, I wont. Both of them rude and arrogant ud83dude21

If only a zero was possible for a review as this place would be the winning naught. I lived in the area 5 years ago and the AusPost Taigum was bad. I've moved back and was forced to return to this terrible Australia Post office. I was stunned at how poorly the two men who still work there treated an elderly man who really needed some help with lodging a passport renewal and another woman whom english was her second language. So, so rude. Other customers were shaking their heads as they awaited the same kind of disrespect and rudeness. Then comes a pretty, young looking gal and boy did they put the sweet talk on. Turns out they can be kind to the people they serve.nnFor the record, Australia Post Aspley Hypermarket is a few extra minutes down the road with MUCH friendlier service. You might even get a smile.

Thank you to the guy at taigum that was helpful with me receiving my package. I know Christmas is stressful and he helped to make sure my girl gets her gift.

If I could give a zero I would! The customer service is so appalling, and when mentioned they say they think its the best. They are abhorrently rude, smiles are free guys.

One of staff here is very rude..he behaves as if he own this place..no sense of customer service..i went there couple of times to send back n fourth some important documents..and he made it very hard..i was being very polite to him but nothing back from him..will never go back to this place..
