Great day at JC Slaughter Falls! Lots of shady spots to set up your picnic and easy to find a car park. Toilets are well maintained for public toilets in a picnic area. Nice walkways around the bush. Recommend!

Great weekend walk, my dog loves it. Paths are clear and well maintained. But get there early on a day with great weather or you will be parking down the road.

So beautiful!nnA great place for a walk for those who are new to Brisbane, just visiting, or like me and have lived here for years! I had no idea there was a walking track alongside the mountain and through its forests and bush.

Lovely walking spot, but the “fall” are just a trickle. Bush land surrounds are lovely however. Roads in, car parks and park infrastructure is all top notch.nnJust saddened by the trickle of water. Perhaps after it rains a little more?

Currently only a trickle of water even after 2 days of rain so was a bit underwhelming. Would need some heavier rain to really show a waterfall. The walk through the bush along the shallow flowing river was really nice though, very clear in parts. Nice picnic area too. More water flowing at Simpsons Falls.
