I have been a landlord for over twenty years and during that time I have experienced quite a few managing agents. Active Real Estate is heads and shoulders above all the others. They are quietly efficient, ensuring that everything is done in a timely manner, which benefits both me as a landlord and my tenants. They pay attention to detail, some other agents I have dealt with have made getting even big ticket items dealt with a real long drawn out problem. They are excellent at communicating and dealing with all those tricky problems that cause concerns for both landlords and tenants and dealing with them in manner that finishes with a win win situation. Sadly, I have just had to sell my property in Brisbane. I handed over the sale of the property to Active Real Estate and once again they demonstrated what efficient agents they are. Once again their attention to detail paid off, as the property was prepared for sale by them and displayed to its best advantage.
