Very dissapointing booked months ago for a jetski Christmas day tour through experience Oz fully paid, Phoned up on 23/12/19 just to check a couple of details, The company knew of the booking as said our booking name on answering the phone, Lady said that should all be fine I'll just check that it's still on? What you wouldn't think to let us know if it wast anyway in the 3 months it was booked in. Anyway got a call back and they then said they're not opening Christmas day, Leaving us with nothing to do on Christmas day as all other tours are booked, Couldn't even re arrange us for another day because they say they're fully booked.. Had an amazing afternoon JetSki tour with Patrick. does not require any experience. The tour guide help me feeling really safe and we went from Airlie beach to mole island. The view is amazing! Patrick was funny and really flexible. I was able to stop to take pictures, or drink. Really recommend this tour..

We actually went on two tours, one with John and one with Cara. Both were excellent and we ended up seeing whales and turtles both times. They also don't really restrict how much power you can use/how fast you can go with the jetski, which was great. Waiting in their office for the tour to start is an experience in itself as they have two of the best marine fish/coral tanks I have ever seen. The photos attached are from the tanks!

Jet ski ride was so much fun and luckily we got the 50% off discount via TripAdvisor. The guide was nice and took some pictures for everyone. We got our own GoPro otherwise I would like to buy the USB drive with all the photos.
