Went in there today to check my mail box (without a key), the lady at the desk said they no longer allow customers to check the box without a key, which I have done twice within the last 2 weeks when another lady had served me. I provided ID today and it still was not good enough.

Good little store.nCustomer service could be a little better.nDelivery Service lets them down.nnI have been in the front room watching all day, they look at the item in their van then decide to leave a card instead saying no one was home. Even though I was watching the entire time.nnThis has happened atleast 6 times.
