Disgusted. We lost a cow yesterday that had a calf 2 days ago. Rung 2 days ago in regard to the cows wellbeing. Got told symptoms are normal and not to worry. Arrived yesterday to the cow down and unable to move. Called and where told it would be 7 hours before a vet could attend. Asked if one could attend sooner due to the urgency of the matter. After 2 hours the cow passed away and no vet even attended. No one even returned my call to apologise so I called yesterday afternoon and spoke to Lachlan who was very rude and showed no remorse or compassion. I will definitely not be recommending your practice to anyone I know ever. If I could give you less than one star I would.nnFurthermore this was posted to the Facebook page and the owner deleted and disabled reviews after pulling him up on it his reply was “ our long term customers are happy with our service “...nBloody joke of a business when you are dealing with animals lives. Shame shame shame!!!
