Perhaps one of the absolute BEST customer service experiences I have had in Australia is with the lady who manages this Post office. She's super helpful!nnShe will help you pack the boxes, will advise you of the best shipping rate configurations with the boxes they sell (WAY cheaper than OfficeWorks!), patiently answer questions you have asked before, arrange the shipments for you and will even stay open late if needed, all with a smile and good candor.nnWe are lucky to have her as our main postal service.nnWe were looking into using a logistics company to ship our products but now we are reconsidering it, given how helpful she is!

The customer service here is terrible. The worker was aggressive when explaining issues that occurred with a parcel, she had horrible manners and was very self-centred. She really doesn’t care about the customers.
