Very good place, definitely will need at least 4 hours. Must place for fans of Elvis Presley. Volunteers were nice and sweet, were happily sharing the history of the place. Place contains the history about single teacher schools. Also has collection of vintage cars, old farm equipments, tractors. There is also the coach of the first reverse cycle air conditioned train, the Silver City Comet.

Consistently professional, clean with ample reading information and merchandise. Probably one of the best Tourist Offices in the state.

A collection of memorabilia about Henry Parkes. Also things from the Emmanuel brothers. An old train carriage The Silver Bullet and out cars , farm equipment and sewing machine, and so much more!

You can easily spend half a day here... The volunteers are very cool and friendly. They are so helpful and very open to share the proud history of their town and the artifacts at the museum...
