I am rating a 1 star based my own experience. I can see from previous reviews that alot of people have had a great experience which is why I called and made the appointment here in the first place. Unfortunately for me I was very distressed and upset by the treatment of my 12 year old cat as was she.. we arrived here due to breathing difficulties and I don't feel the treatment she received here was appropriate. My cat unfortunately did not overcome the stress she was in after this appointment and suffered a cardiac arrest.

Tom is great. Very knowledgeable with many many years of experience. Doesnt sugar coat anything which is great! My boy was so much better after just 1 visit so far, and he loved Tom.
