I have to go to this office because it is the one that corresponds to me to pick up a package but the staff are not friendly and do not have any patience, always with an angry face. The worst post office I have ever been to. If you don't like your customer service job, why don't you leave your job to someone who loves their job?
I'll be avoiding this Australia Post, as over the years 99% of the time you're greeted by a unhappy staff member who makes you feel you're wasting their time. I've gone in to buy a pack of stamps and you get huffed at, you ask a question and you get a grumble, I've gone to pick up a parcel and get told to use the parcel lockers. You're not greeted or thanked, just handed your receipt. I'll stick to stafford Heights or Stafford post office in future.
I got the best service here today. A really helpful bloke who didn't even laugh when I mucked up writing the address on a parcel and help me tape it up. He had such a good attitude.
Non-existent customer services - rude staff, who could not be any more unhelpful.
Really bad customer service - the staff really don't like going out of their way to help customers. We consistently feel like we're a burden whenever we go in there.
