!!DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!nThey are not to be trusted, after months of emails, phone calls & messages about the severe mould at 5/160 Hornibrook Esplanade, Clontarf, they did not respond to my form 11 form notice to remedy breach. Now they think they can issue an eviction notice, I will be suing the landlord/agency for negligence.nnSee you in court Rikki & Anya.nnUpdate to the owners response:nThere's no separate entity, I'm self employed just like many other people. Also the agency was informed. You haven't mentioned anything about the mould or my damaged belongings, that really goes to show what the agency is like.
