Marty kept me informed every step of the way, advising me of what stage the buyers were up to in their purchasing journey, and what the feedback from the buyers was. He kept on bringing buyers through until the right one came along. The man seems to work very hard and was prompt to reply to my messages, even on weekends. When he brought me the buyers final offer, I was pleasantly surprised. I would have been willing to accept a lower offer, but he had talked the buyer up into spending more than they had originally intended to. Very happy with the outcome. Definitely one of the better agents I've dealt with as a seller

Martin was great throughout the whole buying processnWe found Martin to be extremely professional from day one. Our purchase had initial hiccups and he remained patient and understanding throughout and provided constant contact during the finalisation of going unconditional. Sadly we weren't able to be there for pre-settlement but Martin kindly viewed and inspected all aspects of our new property and relayed the information to us in real time to allow us to proceed with settlement whilst still in transit.nnExtremely pleased with the holistic approach Martin takes when selling a property and found his patient demeanour and calm nature to have helped us during what was a stressful time and would recommend his help and services to anyone buying or selling.

Never rent through this place! They accuse you of damage that is done AFTER you vacate the premises!

This real estate attitude towards lesseing out rentals is very slacknThey have a rental in Brolga Avenue KallangurnTheir care factor toward to owner occupancy in the street. is 0%nThe last 3 tendency have been disgustingnLet’s hope they have been listing to all the complaints madenAnd put a decent family into this rentalnOne could only hope
