We have been in touch with Grant for well over a year now as we have been wanting to sell our property but it has not been the right time. Grant has always been honest about what he thinks will happen and has never once pressured us into selling. Highly Recommend!!!!nWell.... Everyone I spoke to in the Griffin area told me to go with Chris so we did and gosh I'm glad we did!!! Our house didn't even get onto the market before we had a contract signed. Chris's network base prevented us from constant open homes and inspections which would have been very difficult to manage with 2 young kids. To make it even better it was unconditional in 7 days. Chris is very pleasant to deal with and knows the Griffin area to an exceptional level and the most important HE SELLS!!! Do your self a favor and if your going to sell, give him a call.

Chris Pascoe is the most personable, professional real estate agent I have ever come across. If you have a house you wish to sell in Griffin DO NOT GO TO ANYONE ELSE. I am still in 2 minds as to whether I wish to sell my home this year, but meeting Chris for an appraisal yesterday has sealed the fact that when I do sell, he will be the only person I shall go to.
