I'm not sure why so many negatives here. I am a local and it has been years since they had a staff member whom I disliked. All staff are pleasant and helpful - in particular the tall man with brown hair. He is extremely polite, helpful and patient and has been this way every time I have seen him over the years. Even when people are getting impatient when waiting in a long queue, I have observed him always maintain a calm composure and quietly go about giving all customers the time of day. The ladies are also nice but this tall man is absolutely lovely! :)

I have a letter for a PO Box address in Sandgate. I arrived there and the staff refused to help me put the letter in the PO Box. I have to post out the letter in a normal way which take two days to arrive. What an efficient service!
