Love my local post office! I often need to post things to friends and family, and the lady at the Bracken Ridge post office is always happy to help me find the right size post bag.

I have, never in my life, had to deal with such a person. The short old(65+) lady with grey hair might be the spawn of Satan.nThe most unhelpful person I have ever dealt with to the point she goes above and beyond to make sure collecting a package is almost impossible for someone. Clearly on a power trip.

Website states they do passports. Tried to call to confirm this before driving to the post office, they didn't pick up. Drove there and was told they don't do passports. ud83dude12

Very bad service, unbelievablenThe man and lady here have no customer service skills. I was verbally abused by these peoplenPlease auspost you need to get these people out now, they bring dirt on your brand.nThe regional manager needs to have a very good hard look at this place. Bald Hills post office is the better alternative.
