I was in a bind. Urgently needed my baby grand piano tuned for a concert that was being live streamed in a couple of days. Whilst Roy was fully booked up, dear Fiona went above and beyond to see if any of her other clients were flexible, allowing them to slot me in. Roy did a beautiful job, and when encountering more problems than he had banked on, he soldiered on without complaint. So grateful to have had Advanced Pianos recommended to me! I will only use them from here on. Thank you Roy & Fiona!!!

Roy and Fiona are one of the most sweetest and gentle couple I've met! Their service was very punctual, clear communication about what they were doing to my piano & even showing me what was wrong so that I could somewhat be included in the process. Both are very equipped and know exactly what they're doing! Very professional yet also very friendly! Reasonable service for a reasonable price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Roy is friendly, professional and willing to go for the extra mile. My upright piano hasn't been tuned for a while and such a different after the job was done. They are reasonably priced too so would highly recommend them. I would happily use them again and again.
