He remembered our names; he listened to all out requests and no matter whether they were major or minor he acted on them all, explaining all aspects and offering helpful suggestions at every stage. He was extremely respectful of our situation prior to the funeral. He followed upon every enquiry we made in a very timely manner. He was able to clearly explain the current restrictions with COVID19 and work within guidelines.nOn the day of the funeral everything was very well organised and attention paid to every detail. His staff were also excellent-so courteous and pleasant, once again remembering our names, providing extras such as umbrellas at the burial.
