Amazing service! I came in tonight 29.6.2019, after a long drive from Melbourne. The woman who was working gave a friendly (and open, yet non-intrusive) greeting when I walked in, then offered to get me a cold bottle when I came to the counter. She came back, with my preferred variety over the one I had chosen, and still on specal!nnShe was able to give me absolutely perfect directions to an open laundromat close by after telling me the one I was looking for was likely closed, happily making me change for when I got there. I didn't get her name but she appeared to be the only staff member on while I was there at around 6.30pm. I hope this comment reaches her and want her employer to appreciate how very, very good she is at her job and then some!nnThank you. I was so tired and after driving all day you really did make my night, not just while shopping for wine but by making my laundry chore so simple in a strange town. You're a very special woman!
