We purchased a Bosch Athlet cordless vacuum some time ago, and it recently started malfunctioning. Took it to Harvey Norman Parkes (where we had purchased it) and was very well looked after by Ben Smart. After a quick phone call, Ben replaced the unit with a brand new one, rather than muck around trying to get the old one repaired.nTOP MARKS TO BEN, and Thanks Harvey Norman.

Tried to buy a new lounge sweet , had cash , trailer ready to go , the lounges We liked all said in stock for immediate delivery. But they actually had nothingn, could sell me anything , I tried on 4 different lounges all 2 weeks or so wait . And wouldn’t sell off the floor . Pathetic. Went to Furniture 1 and spent my money , extremely helpful and easy to deal with
