I have over 40 years experience with audiological services, firstly on behalf of my widowed mother and latterly for some 25 years myself. Over this period of time I have been attended by many “service providers” and experienced varying degrees of care and competence.nThe service and expertise I receive from the audiologists and staff at Natural Hearing is without parallel. I first heard of Vinay 3 years when he was doing a presentation at my Rotary Club Pakenham. He has changed my life as I was born with only 45% hearing and all other hearing aids I tried over the years only made everything loud and noisy which was very annoying. With my Siemens Aids I am still hearing sounds and noises that I have never ever heard in all my 65 years. It is wonderful. Vinay is very easy to work with and not a pushy salesman. He is there to improve your quality of life as he has done for me in the last 3 years. The service from him and his staff in that time are second to none. Thank you again Vinay.
