The worst service I've ever got. The staff need to be trained how to treat their customers politely. The receptionist definitely got an attitude today. The radiologist was also very rude, refused to tell me anything about what she saw during the scan and left me alone in the room without letting me know should I turned to the reception or free to go. If you don't like the job, you should look for another one instead of treating your patients like shxt.

We've been here for a few minor xrays in the past but have had great experiences with our pregnancy scans at Radiology Imaging since day 1 for us.nnThe radiographer gentleman named Vu remembers our faces from our last visits and always make the time and effort to answer our questions during our scan. I love how theres a TV so we can watch inside rather than trying to turn our heads and look at the monitor. Its nice that it's just not in and out transaction and there's some human empathy and compassionate element towards the scans.

First time and will be last time ...taking my toddler daughter to this radiology in point cook. The radiographer asian guy has got an attitude like he’s not keen ... lazy and not even passionate about what he does. The way he calls us in to the room was plain rude you can tell by his tone. If you are not keen to do your job then just QUIT ! Don’t take it out on your customer!n- not to mention their Receptionist is also RUDE and somehow looking like a racist witch!nDo not go here if you have young children because they are really impatience bunch of arrogant staff!

First time coming and last, definitely not recommend. Was told they let the patient in after me first because I was waiting outside and neglected to tell me I'd have to wait another HOUR to get the appointment I booked. And reception is more smug than a wealthy stripper so if that tells you anything about them. Trust, go Footscray they're a lot better.
