My experience with this store has been amazing. They never change my prescription or prescribe glasses that aren’t required. They give a very thorough eye examination and the staff have always been lovely. Today however I had an issue with a weeping eye. I went down there at opening time and they kindly had an optometrist see me immediately. He’s prescribed a treatment that’s seen me have instant relief. I’ve used Point Cook Specsavers for years even though there is a store closer. I highly recommend them.nnAudiology is also carried out at this store. Again the service is wonderful. The audiologist in store carries out a full hearing test and explains everything that’s happening and what he’s looking for. I’ve had two hearing tests carried out by the audiologist there and again, he’s not pushing hearing aids onto me unnecessarily. He’s a lovely gentleman and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic, efficient and friendly service from all staff but especially Jana (sorry I hope my spelling of your name is correct) who was extremely helpful in providing guidance and advice. Appointment date/time was confirmed by SMS the day before and the testing time was exactly as scheduled. I am really happy with these guys and highly recommend. Keep up the awesome service, absolutely no complaints from me - well done.

I have visited this store many times during the past few years. My experiences have been similar to those of other people offering reviews. Service varies from excellent to disastrous. Weekends are best avoided, as small staff numbers cannot cope with overcrowding; also trainees are present on weekends, unsupervised and often incompetent although certainly trying to do their best in the chaos. On week days, only one staff member stands out for her competence and kindness. Other staff members can leave one waiting at the desk (or door, during the pandemic) for 10 minutes or more, simply staring right through the waiting clients. Regarding the Audiology department, I find it very good indeed. The audiologist is punctual, attentive, kind and knowledgeable. It would be wonderful if the Vision department could meet those standards of excellence.

Had a great experiences at the point cook store with a charismatic young man Chris. thought the store was chaotic he took the time to thoroughly explain different multifocal options and wasnt pushy, but honest with recommendations to get good value for my uses. Glasses I got were perfect and he made the whole process engaging funny and definitely went the xtra mile to teach me.nnI highly recommend the service here, it was so much better then the previous places i been to just for quotes.
