Very unhygienic. Staff and lab assistants enjoyed chatting alot. I made an appointment but was told to follow a token system and wait my turn. Sadly this was for a pregnancy GTT blood test.

Nurses are frighteningly incompetent. (At least two of them).nn1. They have no idea about basic hygiene. They were taught to put on gloves before an injection - that's great! But their teachers apparently forgot to say that wearing gloves, nurses should not touch a lot of dirty objects in the office and the doorknob, leaving the office, before making an injection.nn2. They have no idea how to work with toddlers, walking around for half an hour, not knowing where it's better to stand to make the job done.nnThe best thing was that they suggested going to the Royal Children Hospital to get professional medical services. (According to the Reception, that's what they were taught to say in case feeling not competent enough to do the job).nnEverything was fine a year ago.nIt’s so sad to see things change for the worse.

The phone number mentioned on the website is wrong. Trying to book GTT for my wife since last 5 days but no one picks the phone at the other end. Had to walkin only to find out a different phone number on their doors. So ridiculous and misleading. On the top we had to wait 1 hour for our turn to come as they were busy addressing urgent cases. We were finally blamed for not booking an appointment.

Heena put my mind at rest and was very good at taking blood etc without too much pain or ado.

I was trying to book an appointment for GTT here and their phone number doesn’t call, it just goes ‘line busy’ whenever you call. I had to call the main hospital reception to get through.
