Australia Post - Preston South LPO

I have only experienced great service.nIt is located off Bell and is in direct blast of Southerly cold.nSo many people are purchasing on line therefore the space is stacked with your needs.nThe space is/ was not designed for online purchasing.nI believe People here do their best without reverting to Daffy Duff in frustration of circumstances involving individual parties.

A horrible post office, too small for the amount of parcels they have. Parcels stacked up to the ceiling, and no sense of organization. Had a parcel that was supposed to be collected from there and it was never found. Highly advise to get packages sent to a parcel locker or use a different postcode (if it makes any difference). I'd give zero stars if it was an option.

Worst... Do not post your parcel here, they not responsible if any lost or missing.nParcel post on 20July, when i track item are clear and awaiting international express, after a month no respond and i try to call service to get my answer is item lost, very shocking to me to heard this, i call back to request my invoice of content for compensation, they said don't have a recorded and fail to investigate at all, I'm very helpless and concern of my item, how confidence with aus post in futuren( 36825981 )

So clearly they just find the rudest people possible, and they automatically qualify to get a job here? 2 awful women were there when I collected a parcel yesterday. Firstly, the postman had accidentally dropped a parcel outside but had his hands full, so I helped him pick it up, the older woman storms outside and basically shoves me out of the way. Nice. So I get inside to collect my parcel and the younger woman is equally terrible, shoves my parcel into my hands with pretty full on force! Horrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This post office contains the rudest person I've ever come across in my life - I would honestly rather walk my next parcel to it's interstate delivery address than have to go in and be spoken to, physically shoved and have a receipt thrown at me again by this woman. How she manages to hold a customer facing job is beyond me.
