Hi staff ,nYou need to really be more polite to your customers, I entered the post office and got shouted at to wait outside ( understandable but could have been done in a more polite way and besides there was still a spot drawn on the floor for me to stand on by covid standards ) . My husbands experience was also not pleasant , being told to go elsewhere for a fax , impolitely. I do think that unpleasantness is not called for especially at this time . This is not a review that I would give lightly only if I feel that service needs to be improved for the sake of the business and the localitynThanks , appreciate any improvements

I’ve never had anything but a pleasurable experience when dealing with the staff at this post office. I’m so glad it’s my local! The opening hours are excellent, super friendly and hard working staff. I don’t understand the negative reviews for this small franchise business as the staff have always been helpful, knowledgeable and efficient

Always been helpful for me & kind in person. Their phone isn’t working but they’re close enough for me to walk to them.

Dislike that i'm spending time writing a negative review about my local post office but here we are...nnIt's unprofessional when you have one set of rules for parcel pickups for one customer and another set of rules for others. (Especially when it happens right in front of you)nnI really used to like coming here to speak to the lady when I posted things off, but not sure why her attitude toward me has changed - I think next time i'll get my partner to come in here on my behalf, maybe he won't be treated so rudely!

Australian man of Indian heritage behind the counter, staff.nnObviously highly educated and working hard to put food on the table for his family. Excellent English, very professional and polite. A gentleman.nnVery positive experience doing business there, about one to two times per week.nnHe is always polite, helpful, and friendly towards customers.nnA credit to his employer.nnPS I have a number of tertiary qualifications, one is Human Resources, so my above assessment is also in a professional capacity.
