I did an album of my grandkid's birthdays. It was easy to put together as I had the pictures sorted out. When the album arrived I was thrilled with the product. So beautiful. Felt very happy to see it. The quality of the paper and pictures were great. Thank you Photobookshop for the wonderful service and product.

I received my four personalised boards this week. I immediately sent you my thanks for an amazing product. Just in case you didn’t receive it I will gladly rave about them again! They were incredible - far better than I ever could have imagined. I have shown them to all my friends and they are keen to order some. Apart from the incredible results I must compliment your company on keeping me informed every step of the way. A very special compliment must go to Erick, or maybe it is Erich - not sure of the spelling. I made a mistake during the ordering process and he spent so much time helping me. That was no mean effort because I am in my seventies and I have been left behind with all this computer stuff so I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or what he was talking about! He was so patient and understanding and took me slowly through step by step. It must have been very frustrating for him but he was so polite and patient. What a fantastic job Photobookshop!!! You are amazing !! I ordered a larger acrylic print and it is beautiful - even better than I expected it would turn out. We love it so much we ordered another one straight away. Not only is the quality incredible, the service is quick and delivery is included in the price. Both of the acrylic prints have been sent only a few days after placing the order. Can’t wait for the 2nd one to arrive.nWell Done Photobookshop !!! I will definitely be a repeat customer :)

Fantastic product! Ordered the 60 page photobook and very happy with it. The only criticism is that on some of the pages, I added a text box & moved the photos down a bit, resulting in some being right on the bottom edge. Would be nice if obvious things like these are picked up before ordering & processing. Will make sure I pay more attention next time.
