Very happy with the level services the company received from 13IT and its commercial team. I found them knowledgeable in Telecommunications and Big Data. They out fitted our company with two servers and followed through with the contract from start to finish. The servers were security and storage based and did exactly what they would do. In deploying these servers, they have helped us increase our own quality of work within our company, the speed and efficiency helping helping us give a better level of service to own customers. Joseph went out of his way to help me receive my purchase by a certain day, which meant him accelerating the courier normal schedule to one that fulfilled my request. he was friendly humorous and only wanted to help and please me. I had a delightful experience at 13IT, the girls were lovely and the technicians explained everything wrong with my computer perfectly, so i understood everything. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, I was in the city today, so I had a look at the offices of 13IT.. The place looks deserted, mailbox overflowing etc.. If you paid by credit card or paypal, hopefully you can retrieve some of your hard earned.. Unfortunately I paid by transfer, so I am out the cost of the computer I ordered - back in October.. Lets hope the karma train is fully laden, and travelling really fast...
