I was told by the receptionist that as long as I'm at the practice before 8pm that I would be seen by a doctor. After arriving at 7.58pm and rushing to see the doctor from 5kms away, the receptionist said that the doctor has advised that they will not be seeing any more patients, and even though they close at 9pm, and there's only 2 cars in the car park, they will not budge to see me. Beware of the receptionist as she's a ruthless gatekeeper who's on a power trip, instead of being the support staff of an industry whose primary goal is helping sick patients well again. Rant over. PS. Fyi there's a 24 hour clinic only a km down the road. Go there instead. My 2c. Tony Diep

Worst GP ever. Worst Management and Awful Receptionist.nNormally have to wait more than 3-4 hours. Disgusting!!!

Just don't have enough doctors on, so waiting times are shocking.

Like stepping into a 3rd world clinic. Didn't even get to see a doctor as the wait was over an hour eventhough I had an appointment. Not impressed and don't recommend
