Amazing customer service, needed urgent test done gave them a call and was advised to come in but I requested to do it next morning, was booked in and on arriving no wait at all both the ladies were so patient and amazing. Got in 9am and was done in 15 mins.Thank you so much. Staff on 5 November morning was just amazing thank you again

Incorrect opening hours, opened at 8am instead 7.30am. Asked the staff, stated it hasn’t been updated on the website, not good enough.nnWent the second time, waiting room was completely full of people, had to wait outside. Should have better arrangement due to the pandemic (this was during lockdown).

Terrible communication. Incorrect information provided on the phone and onsite staff doesn't care if your time gets wasted.
