I had a very disappointing encounter with Dr Reza Amirtouri, when I took my sick toddler to see him. Not only did he give shoddy medical advice, but also demonstrated a complete lack of ability to interact with children appropriately. I contacted The Cottage with an official complaint, but while they confirmed they had received it, they never responded. Save your money and go elsewhere ☺ufe0f

I love Dr. Mary Barson! This is such a great integrative medicine place. Dr. Mary actually listens, she wants to understand who you are as a WHOLE person, she is supportive and caring and encourages you to succeed at achieving your health goals. You can tell she's genuinely interested and wants to help you get well.nnI switched to Dr. Mary from another integrative medicine doctor and it's like a night and day difference. See her if you can!

The pluses of this clinic are the roomy waiting room, pharmacy and cafe.nnHowever it is very expensive and there is often a long wait for the GP and onsite pathology. When we had not been for over six months we were told that our GP was not taking ‘new patients’. This is a highly frustrating price to pay for being healthy! I suspect that the clientele is mainly elderly hence consulting the doctors on a regular basis, making it highly competitive to stay on the books of the good doctors. We also had issues with our child’s vaccinations being logged properly, leading to issues with daycare and Centrelink.

Seeing a great doctor there and getting good service from her, one receptionist is always very passive aggressive and rude though whenever I call up which is really annoying... Everything always seems to be an issue... The other receptionists are lovely.

Amazing doctor's office. I see Dr Tabari. I followed her over from Health e medical so I knew I already loved that doctor. I have no regrets making that change regardless of the fact that I live over the other said of Geelong. Every person I have spoken to at resection is incredibly friendly and goes out of there way to make conversation. On top of that its a very clean and quiet office. 10/10 would recommend.
