Dr Hay was good. But, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. It made the experience unpleasant.

Dr Andrew Hays is extremely professional with a fantastic bed side manner .He is great with kids, is funny and makes the experience not as daunting. Fantastic and friendly staff .

Dr Hays is a great surgeon with a gentle, warm and reassuring manner. He made my son feel at ease and explained the procedure in language my son could understand.nDr Hay’s administration staff on the other hand were rude and passive aggressive. They let Dr Hays’ customer/patient experience down.

Highly recommend Dr Hays he’s extremely caring, very approachable and knows what he’s doing! He has an amazing bed side manner and explains everything in detail so you know what to expect - have seen a few ENTs in the past and without any doubt Andrew’s experience and knowledge outweighs all. He’s the only ENT I 100% trust !

Not sure why people have commented about the staff at Dr Hays rooms in a negative way. My experience has been extremely positive. I found the support staff more than helpful, went out of their way to be accommodating and keep me informed of all relevant issues to do with my son's surgery. At all times took my calls, were very polite, professional, informative and were thorough. There is nothing about my experience with Dr Hay's support staff that I found wanting.nnI will leave it to my son to post about his experience with Dr Hay's surgery if he wishes.
