I got my Birth certificate !!!ud83eudd29nLiz from customer service was so helpful without her we would not be able to get married!nShe brightened up my and my husband’s to be future!!! We have been waiting for the delivery of Birth Certificate and it arrived yesterday to Sydney but she made sure that arrives to Sydney Bourke Road today!!! As we were leaving to go to Hamilton Island! Later the lady from the head office in Melbourne management has called today and had some great news! They encourage you to come collect your parcel even if there's been a 2 week lockdown and you're isolating. Come the next morning after the last day and sorry you should have come in with potential covid. Didnt get an electronic reminder and couldn't leave house to check post box so was hoping they were lenient during this lockdown. The staff behind the counter were also wearing their mask under their nose. They seem to be okay if you come in with covid symptoms. Give it a miss if you are at risk of covid.

Best service ever. Seriously I felt so good that I had to leave a review. The customer rep was an older lady was very professional and went above and beyond to help by suggesting a cheaper way to send my parcel. Great customer service. I guess thats what you get when staffs are not overloaded with work. Made my day lady!

My partner was there to mail to parcel (receipt time clocked at 10.24). She was served by a very rude Indian lady (about 30+, not wearing any glasses, approximately 160cm, not thin). She has keyed in an incorrect sender's email address, but refused to change. She was very impulsive and aggressive towards my partner. I don't think she is fit to serve any customer at the AustPost. This is really bad if the system email the information to the wrong sender. This has breached the Privacy Act. Don't go to this AustPost.
