Considering how small the town is, the selection is pretty good, and prices not too bad for most things. The staff are lovely. One thing: If you’re from the city, make sure you remember that they close a lot earlier than city supermarkets. It’s an adjustment. #TreeChange

It's a great supermarket. Fruit is the best I've seen, they have small take away items .

Every time I head to the North Eastern region I visit Alexandra. FoodWorks is where I do my shopping. Unlike other regional supermarkets FoodWorks in Alex is reasonably priced and doesn't hike up prices during peak holiday times. Their selection of brands is impressive considering the size of the store and, if you're partial to a drop, the bottle shop has a great selection at regular prices.nThe staff are always in good spirits and helpful.
