Was nervous coming here due to the reviews. As i was sending fragile goods InternationallynnAlso convenient being still open on Saturday after 12.30pmnnBoth staff were so helpful I was oblivious of where to start. They both helped repackage my items to make them secure for posting.nnVery helpful in explaining the different types of postage options.nEven though the man explained its there job.nI am thankful for there helpnnSo glad I ended up coming here.

Avoid this place at all costs. This is my local post office unfortunately but in the future I will ensure my packages are not delivered here. This morning I was rudely asked for a second form of ID on top of an already valid document as well as my parcel slip. As soon as I questioned the requirement of a second form of ID, the woman said ‘oh for god sake here we go again’ and refused to serve me. They treat you like a criminal. Absolutely awful customer service.

Recently using this office as my main post office to delivery items for ebay. The lady was very nice but the old man was not. Was asking some info because obviously it not my job i dont know anything about postage and labels, but the response was very rude. I will travel a bit further to a different post office.
