Usually counter person is friendly however yesterday we urgently needed some passport photographs of our baby but the staff person didn't seem to care and refused to print the same.

After continual bad service at mirrabooka I go to Westminster which is out of my way but the lady who managers it is always helpful, friendly and a pleasant person to have attend you!! All staff either training or such are pleasant and helpful also.. Fab customer service always
