Australia Post

Very disappointed. Paid extra for EXPRESS post took. Over two weeks from Melbourne supplier. Got an update the parcel has been delivered and left in a safe place. Real safe, the postman left it at a different address in another suburb. Now it will take up another 5 working days to sort out. WHAT THE???

Lori was absolutely fantastic. I had to send some playing cards and Lori took as long as it took to explain and investigate my postage options, explaining pricing and everything. Brilliant expertise, a frustrating job to help me for an hour with my cards, no frustration, and lovely the entire time. Felt appreciated and helped. Thanks to Lori and rest of the awesome, fun team. My new preferred Post Office.

Very disappointed with the customer service provided here. After waiting in line for 10 minutes and served by the young asian lady, she advised to wait further outside the line until she clears the queue given my enquiry. This was already unfair and with the way she spoke it clearly came across as unfriendly and rude. Regardless of how long the line was, everyone all had to wait patiently until they got served. Someone should definitely have a chat to her about her attitude, seems like she hated what she was doing.

I wish i could give them zero stars. Australia post is useless!!! A parcel was sent to me from my dad in Queensland. It was supposed to be express post as it was for my birthday. The parcel arrived in WA a couple of days later and sat at the depot for over a week. When it FINALLY arrived 13 days later, i was horrified to see that the porcelain item was smashed into pieces. The item itself was wrapped in heaps of bubble wrap and the box was absolutely loaded with newspapers to make sure it was safe. I am so disgusted with this company. I guess they aren't aware that parcels are not for their staff to throw or play football with. Not only were they 11 days late in delivering my birthday present, they gave it to me in pieces. Well done to you Australia Post for destroying my birthday present.
