Saturday morning,busiest day.nCovid restrictions limit 10 persons allowed.nBut filled waiting room. At least 20 people.????

Called in am to organise blood test for medication levels, was told no need to book. Waited over 1hr. They let another person go ahead because they were rude which tacked on an extra 20mins of wait for me. I couldn’t take me next dose until the bloods were done so I was beginning to feel unwell. They were rude to clients waiting. They took my levels, but by then they were taken outside of recommended/required times.

I went there today for Blood test. I was there before 12pm and had to wait at reception for a while because no one there. Receptionist came back later, she is already dressed ready to go home. She told me to come back even i have told her few times i was there before the closing time. Few patients were still waiting there and Nurses is still working at that time, she looked at the clock on the wall and was 12pm. Then, She looked at her watch and told me her watch is 12:01pm, told me you have to come back or go elsewhere.

I went to do blood test 2 months ago after hours as my regular one closes at 1pm. Worst experience. The pathologist inserted needle and said couldn't find proper vein, took that needle out, inserted same needle in my arm; very painful. Generally I;m good with needles, but that person made this experience horrible.He again tried with another arm. There was nothing but pain and needles mark on my arms which lasted for a week. He said I must be dehydrated. That was his excuse. The other pathologist did it with no pain in Victoria street. Never going back there.
Similar place
