I only tried this place because it was close to home and boy am l glad l did. I just got a new laptop and not being tech savvy l was having all sorts of problems with the setup so I took it to itGen360 and the 2 blokes were fantastic. Both Saed and Marco were polite, patient and understanding. When l told them that I needed my laptop desperately to order vital medical equipment they both stopped what they were doing to help me out. Saed is the phone genius and Marko the pc guru. Not only did they successfully get me set up but also l had my previous laptop with me which had died and Marco removed the hard drive, hooked it up to some gizmo, retrieved all my music, photos,videos and emails. All at a ridiculously low price. I was home a couple of hours later enjoying being hooked up to the world again. Seriously readers this is the ONLY place to get your problems fixed. I had a Bluetooth speaker not working, took it in for the guys to have alook. Turned out the wire on a connector had broken. So a bit of solder and all fixed it was a bit hard to get inside the speaker but all turned out well.nI will certainly recommend getting a quote, if you need a phone or ipad etc, fixed.

I had my phone screen fixed here and the service was very professional, prompt (job done within half an hr) and a good price. Comes with a 30 day warrantee.nWill return and recommend highly.nThank you.

Phone was not charging well, had to be tilted to charge i.e. USB connector problem. Called a few people and Azam at ITGen360 said he could fix it. Initial quote went from $30 to $65 b/c of time it took. To his credit Azam said that there are no guarantees but he did not fix the problem. The phone still has to be tilted to charge and sometimes it does not charge - i.e. waste of $65. Went back to say his card says no fix no fee but he said you expect me to work for free. The cost to repair would be another $50 for labour + $20 part. If he evaluated the problem the 1st time and he needed part then he should have said so. I'm also in retail and helped lots of clients and even if I spend time I do not charge them if I can't fix problem. I just called and told Azam that I will take him up on the offer. This shows that Azam actually cares about his customers. I bought a new USB spare part so hopefully problem will be fixed permanently.nnUpdated 14/9/19 WARNING THIS PERSON IS A DISHONEST RETAILER - I organized a time to fix the phone on a Monday and the shop was closed, despite making an appointment. He then told me to go into the city & when I went there he claimed the shop was only half owned by him and he needed to charge me to fix it & he said he can fix in Coburg in 2weeks. I rang today and he claims he sold the shop in Coburg & refused to honor his original deal. DO NOT GO TO THIS PERSON IF YOU WANT HONEST SERVICE & ADVICE
