Very UPSET. This doctor is a good guy but his staff are very very rude. They dont like to help you unless you are arabic. VERY RACIST, very upsetting. they dont know how to talk to you and they take forever to answer the phone if they answer it all. I think that I will have to look for a new doctor because the staff make me feel very uncomfortable and it is upsetting for me. After the year that we have had they should be more compassionate not make me feel like a burden to them. Dont know about the nurse she is a little combatative. I saw her arguing with another patient and instead of listening to the patient she made the patient feel DUMB. Very RUDE. The owner really needs to clean up house or he will lose patients.

Dr. Haitham ... is one of the few JP who gives you the feeling of being his only patient... time for this Doctor is not important ... what he cares about is his patients and how to spend the enough time to let them feel comfortable ... special ... and safe...nCHAPEAU Dr. Haitham ❤

Where do they hire these people from?? Do they know at all what they are doing?? They give my information to me without checking with the dr COME ON. Where is the confidentiality here????? forget it people your information is not safe here.
