I purchased my hearing aids from Smith Eye and Ear Solutions 5 months ago at an extremely good price and have had the best service. They have been working very well but a minor adjustment from Jeffrey Pang today and they are even better. I am very pleased with my purchase and the highly professional service I receive from Smith Eye and Ear Solutions. I find the service whether audio or optical extremely good. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Lachlan & Jeffrey fir their expertise , availability on request, courtesy & advice on every occasion we have needed to consult them on hearing matters. In particular most recently the speed & efficiency with which they dealt with a warranty problem was typical of all my experiences.nThis positive experience was replicated in our dealings with Jessica in reception.nnOlive & Alan Parry

I received excellent care and attention from Jeffrey Pang today during my annual hearing aid review. Jeffrey was meticulous in listening to my feedback on wearing the devices and made adjustments to them to provide me with a more comfortable and improved performance. With six monthly reviews in place I am confident that my hearing loss is well monitored and my hearing aides are providing me with the support needed for compensate for my hearing loss.

My daughter has been struggling with various ear issues for a while and the improvements since going to Smith Eye and Ear solutions have been amazing. I also got a new pair of glasses from them. Great service, great value, great team.
