Henry and his crew are electronics masters and can fix anything we bring to them. Excellent service and reasonable pricing is what you can expect. Easy, great service. Really fast and fairly priced. I came in to get an old iPhone 6S screen replaced and a particularly messed up Samsung Galaxy S8 screen and back replaced. The replacement 6S screen seemed to have a defect (one part of one edge wasn't responsive) so they replaced it again with a working part, no questions asked (180 day warranty with receipt). They rightfully diagnosed the S8 battery also needed replacing (it wouldn't turn on) and did that too for the cost of the battery. These people are good, honest and they are just trying to help others.

These guys are so awesome. I bought my iPhone 11pro the end of last year and I accidentally damaged my front screen this March. Back to that time the screen was so rare and expensive. However. I went to Elephone on a Friday, a guy named Rome said he will do his best to get it in for me and you know what the screen came in for my phone the next day which was Saturday morning and after I took them the phone they had it fixed in less than 1 hour. Today I visited Elephone again to replace my screen guard and Rome has just recognized me, he told the other guy to offer me a discount price which impress me again. It’s not about money. It’s about you are regarded as a friend when you came to Elephone. I always trust my friends and my friends always look after me well. Again these guys are so awesome.

My phone charging port was filled with dust and dirt and they fixed it for free. They could have charged me and told me they did something different but they didn't. Awesome service.

My 65 your old mother had her iPad repaired just before stage 4 lockdown, when she brought it home 4 of the L clip pins for the glass screen were sitting above the metal edges screen was under extreme pressure due to it bending, the home button is no longer working which was fine when it went in for repair.nCalled them about this and they want to charge another $80 half price they say to fix a mistake they made & screen repair is not covered by any warranty.nAbsolutely disgraceful tried to blame my mother for the L clips pins being out I could agree with them if they were broken but the pins are not broken, then they blame it on on my mother.nDisgraceful
