Mr Douglas Li is a very kind and compassionate individual who clearly cares about the wellbeing of his patients and the best medical outcomes. My shoulder surgery was a complete success. Douglas Li is an excellent surgeon and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking shoulder surgery. His fees were more than reasonable. He does not overcharge for his surgery and services, unlike the majority of orthopaedic surgeons. Thank you Douglas for your diligence, kindness and a wonderful result!

Not good experience. I've visited to check my had ACL ruptured from medium to high grade(MRI suggested and findings). Upon asking condition of ACL - here is what I got replied ( Dr Douglas : are you technician, ME: Yes,so Dr: that's why thinking forwardly, So do I. Well I was no there to discuss anyone profession. Just to get opinion on MRI findings which he has not gone through each findings except meniscus. When I requested to put me on public hospital waiting list, he refused. Then he said he is running behind to catch up other patients, though I didn't take his 10 min. What a waste of 200 busck. Just want to highlight people are visiting specialist for a reason not just to waste money. Really bad experience.
