Extremely dissapointed with the service. Phoned 2 weeks ago left a message. Call unreturned. Phoned 2 days later and made appointment for 2 weeks ahead of time. Received a call a week later IN RETURN TO MY INITIAL CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I explained l had phoned back and secured an appointment. Today it took me almost 2hrs to commute into the city in heavy traffic. When l arrived for my appointment, they could not find me on the system! So unprofessional. I had to leave without being seen. I would not even rate it 1 *.
