So thankful and fortunate to have been referred to Professor Barlis. The utmost professional yet so modest, i felt like he completely understood my symptoms and he reassured me in a way that no other doctor has. I have utmost confidence and if someone needs attention for a heart issue you can do no wrong, he is up wth the latest in research and technology and a pioneer in the field. Thank you Prof for making such a positive impact to my life.

I was so frightened when my GP told that I had a possible heart issue. I searched long and far for the best cardiologist. It took me some time to get in to see Professor Barlis at the East Melbourne office as he was booked but the wait was so so worth it. He has transformed my life and is so professional and humble. It is hard to find a doctor that treats you like a person and not just a patient. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to see a cardiologist for their heart condition, you will be so relieved, even after the first visit I was so at ease and he explained things so simply and clearly. Thank you Prof Barlis!

Was recommended Dr Barlis from the word of mouth. An excellent doctor who is very thorough with his diagnosis. He listens and explains to me patiently knowing English is not my first language. I am so happy I found him.

Dr Peter Barlis has been my cardiologist for a number of years now. I have always found him to be sincere with my treatment plan. He spends the time and detail to explain complex medical procedures in a way that relates to me. At the end of the visit you're left with a sense that this person cares for your well-being.
