Appointment was on time, both medical and reception staff were professionally friendly. They seemed to be following all the right COVID protocols. I think the IMED group tend to be one of the more expensive radiologists, an example price comparison is the same service costs $240 here as opposed to Direct radiology in South Melbourne costs $140 (I've also used the one on Collins St for a different service, similarly expensive) so if you're not in a rush to just get it done because of a certain convenience, could be worth seeking out other likely to be cheaper options. Paid parking across the road available however didn't see a lift so wouldn't be ideal for wheelchairs or prams, in which case paid street parking may be more suitable, or you'll just need to go round and round few times on the ramp as most lower levels would be reserved.

I was here on Thursday and the service was excellent. At the moment I am looking for a way to send thanks naming actual staff as they treated me so professionally, respectfully and pleasantly.

I have been here twice now over the last couple of years and both times I received excellent service. There was 0 waiting time and every staff member was friendly and did their best to make me feel comfortable.

I had an appointment for nuclear medicine. Reached there on time. Staff were pleasant. No waiting at all.
