No happy at all with the service. Purchased a re-furbished laptop for around $500, after 3 months the keyboard started playing up. As I was interstate at the time using it, I waited till I returned to take it in for repair. LIV IT quoted me $180 to fix the problem and advised me that the warranty was only for 3 months (which was not told to me at purchase), and I did not take it back until the 4th month. Any normal person would assume that you would get a little longer than 3 months from a laptop.nThe laptop is useless now unless I pay an extra $180 to get it fixed.nAfter repeated requests to the staff to ask management whether this could be covered under the short warranty, they did not get back to me for at least 4 months. I even sent a personal email to the Director, a couple of months ago with no response.nExtremely bad customer service and I will never be referring LIV IT to any client or business colleague ever again.nBTW, Daniel was a fantastic computer technician when he was there, and I'm sure his impeccable customer service will be sorely missed by this business.
