Disappointed. I ordered two hoodies for my husbands birthday that sadly didn't fit, sleeves were very short and he is a standard normal size. After paying $14.95 for delivery and another $14.95 to return them I asked Artist First to honour one of the delivery fees in our refund as I was left out of pocket $30 for a faulty purchase during a time where we were not working and finances were tight due to Covid.... most Aus/Melbourne companies offering free delivery and returns.... Sadly they didn't refund / honour any of the delivery fees.

Bought the latest Menzingers vinyl and matching T-shirt. We were kept informed about where our order was, at all times. When it turned up, it was all in perfect condition and of very high quality. It was a Christmas gift, and my daughter loved it. We are very happy customers and will definitely buy from you again. Keep up the good work!
