These guys are relatively incredible.nI initially visited this business to enquire about wax guards I needed for a product not purchased through them, and they ordered in the item without hesitation. I had previously been searching for a few hours at all the hearing centres in the CBD, and these folks were the friendliest. I have since purchased a pair of new hearing aids through them, whereby the service of Maryam was by far, the best service I have ever received, anywhere. Their flexibility in range and payment plans was a pleasant surprise. Upon purchasing a pair of rechargeable hearing aids, I found that I required a T-coil option, which the initial pair did not have within its functions. I was offered the battery operated version of the same model, which did have the T-coil installed, or to order the newer model of the rechargeable pair, due out on the market the coming October. I was in a momentary mental quandry as to which I should choose, so Maryam offered the option of switching to the battery operated pair as an interim measure, whilst ordering the latest version of the rechargeable version.nI was offered such choice and flexibility , and Maryam is so easy-going and empathetic, that I had to write this review. And the prices were just below what I was expecting. I tip my hat to this business. Bravo!
