On the recommendation of my daughter's piano tutor, we came to Bernies to have a look for a piano more suitable to her needs and advancing skill level. The store is easy to find, filled with with the loveliest pianos for all skill levels - some of the concert/professional pieces are gorgeous! (... and that's the extent of my expertise LOL)nBernie was so warm and patient with us, trying out all the pianos in our price range and explaining things about them, clearly he and staff are very knowledgeable. My daughter found her dream piano (not the one we came in to see). Bernie gave us a great package, everything occurred as explained and expected, and our piano was delivered and installed professionally (lovely masked blokes, cracked me up laughing, literally did not touch anything). What I thought was going to be a saga (picking a piano, payment options, disposing the old decrepit freebie she'd started on) turned into one of the least stressful larger-scale purchases I have ever made. In around an hour with Bernie at the store. They pretty much took care of everything. What a lovely experience.nThank you so much Bernie, my daughter loves it and has barely spent a day off it since it arrived. It proved good for everyone's mental health during lockdown. It's a beautiful addition to our front room, and I love the sounds that fill our home when she plays, even her tutor thinks it sounds & feels wonderful and wants to come over and play on it (and she has one of your more expensive baby grands).nHighly recommend.

We’ve bought three pianos, electric and acoustic, from Bernies over the past twelve years, as our sons' musical educations developed. Each time we received expert advice as to the make and model of piano that would best suit our needs and price range. Highly recommended!
