Honest, caring and thorough. Staff and GP are the best you could ask for. Had to wait 30 min past appointment but worth it. We are lucky to have such a good health service local..

Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. As a GP you should have great receptionist, whom speak english very well. And the same should be for the GP, it is not the case in this clinic. Unprofessional, terrible communication skills, phone appointments are late by 2 hours. I had to asked twice for a indefinite referal to my specialist, including a letter from the specialist with details what is required. This was too hard for them. Charging Medicare each consoltation without the service nor the help I require. No thank you. Please stay away from this medical center. I would give in 0 stars if I could.

Highly unprofessional, booked appointment for care plan, given quick appointment for 23 dec 5pm. I beleive that doctor has left working here . As documents have been collected , and on Christmas holidays , making me vulnerable that I can't look any other medical center.nNo registration was done. Appointment was told me by showing palm of his hand 5pm.nI went first time and don't know whether doctor was on reception or some admin and can observe disconnecting land line while doing other work at reception..nThis is very basic thing to understand their management priciple which is just a business profit from a bulk billed medical center ...

Waiting times may be long at times but this is only for good reason. Dr Hang Pham is an exceptional doctor, friend and person. She genuinely cares about the health and lives of her patients. Will definitely be coming back long-term into the future.
